The Seiran was intended for used with the Sen Toku I-400-class aircraft carrying submarines, which could stowed up to three disassemble Seiran float planes and deploy them by catapult. However, none of the Seiran floatplanes ever engaged in combat in World War II. This 1/48 scale model kit features: Detailed cockpit with one piece canopy in clear plastic. Detailed exterior.
